Product Return Policy

Product returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days after the receipt of your item. Items must be in new unused condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns – If you would like to return an item please submit a return request to us at and include your order number, email used to order and name. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive your item back we will issue your refund back to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect depending on your bank.

Exchanges – If you would like to exchange an item please submit an exchange request to us at and include your order number, email used to order, name and what you would like to exchange for. We will send you instructions on how to return the item and if applicable will invoice you for additional charges, or refund the difference in items. (Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect depending on your bank) Once we receive your returned item we will ship out your replacement within 2-3 business days.
